Vegan food is 8 out of 10 but customer service is poor
The vegan food is an 8 out of 10 but customer service is lacking. Food is creative, diverse, healthy and tasty. I went without spice for a few weeks to see but prefer the mild spicy versions. Only problem I've had is that I had one delivery that was damaged and two of the items were punctured and rendered unusable. I contacted the company but no one ever got back to me. I even sent pictures. I was not refunded the amount for the meals or sent replacements the following week. Still waiting to hear back.
