Bad out of box experience
Out of the box I had problems. I noticed a significant panel gap behind spool 1 but I didn't think it affected anything. Next, after set up, the printer struggled to reliably prick up a tool head. Reaching out to tech support, I was guided though an alignment that seems to have solved the that issue. Following that, I have repeatedly encountered x/y calibration issues, with the most persistent error message being "CoreXY home is unstable". I have executed both self led trouble shooting with the advice and tools provided on the SnapMaker site, and have also been working with tech support once more. This is my forth FDM printer and I have never had such an negative experience with a system straight out of the box. While the trouble shooting has improved the reliability, I don't have confidence yet to trust the printer with a long, complex print. Hopefully this gets better.
