Hi, I ordered a bilateral hip dysplasia brace for my best buddy Magnus the boxer. The device almost fit correctly but not quite. The great thing is that Love plus pet suggested a custom fit harness. Upon sending them Magnus' exact measurements, Lovepluspet created a special fit harness at no additional cost! They issued a prompt refund once I submitted proof of donating the original hip brace to the physical rehab place Magnus had been going to. Customer service was Top Notch. They always responded in a timely manner in did what it took to earn my business and make my boys life a little more comfortable. I would highly recommend Lovepluspet. Steve.
