When starting this journey, we researched four different companies. Our experience with Reputation Defender had to be the absolute best. We worked with Josh who was extremely thorough and detailed about the process. He was genuinely interested in making sure we not only understood what to expect, but provided us a reasonable expectation of the timeframe needed to complete the process. After multiple calls and numerous questions, he gave us time to evaluate what he shared. Not once did I feel pressured to make a decision. He encouraged us to call back as necessary to ensure our comfort of the processes and he always made himself available for follow up discussions. In doing so, Josh earned our trust, and we decided to move forward with the company. I must say that Josh's ethics and genuine commitment to problem resolution was the reason for doing so.
