These Ba$tard$ are running a scam. Pure fraud. I have all the proof. Feel like trashing them. But I'm an old man. From January 2024, I've been after them to refund Rs. 2,500/- which is the amount for which they have not supplied goods. Till date they have not. And it is clear that they will not. This is how they earn their money. NEVER NEVER NEVER deal with them. Pure Crooks.
I have filed Complaint with the police as a case of on-line fraud or scam with the modus operandi being as follows.. First, they honestly deliver small value orders to build up customer trust. Next when the customer places a bigger order they first delay shipping endlessly. Then you ask them to deliver what they have in stock as your work is getting delayed. This way they fail to deliver about 70-80% of the order and invoice you for the Full-Amount. Then you get a mail saying that the order has been delivered. When you take up the matter with them.. they promise to refund the money in few days endlessly. Then at a time when you have given up hope and exhausted your efforts.. they stop answering the phone and replying to your mails. The owner seems to be a psychopath with a brilliant mind, clearly able to predict how customer will behave.
