I never got my package after 55…
I never got my package after 55 business days of waiting, I'm super disappointed with the service and I requested my money with zero response from the customer service team. Moreover, even though the national post office said they had my package, they also said I would have to pay a fine to get it because the tracking service their business used never notify me that the package arrived in the country even though I checked the status of my package almost every day and they didn't delivered it correctly to the post office so now I'm the one being punished by their careless service. This is unacceptable, waiting that long for a package only for it not to be delivered properly and having to pay more on top of the money I already spend for the products and shipping is completely unprofessional.
