Acadium is truly looking out for their trainees. They keep checking in with you to make sure everything is going as it should. Apart from the mentor you work with during your traineeship, you get a personal advisor. This way, you don't feel like you are on your own should anything go wrong. You get the feeling that you are a part of a team. An amazing team, that is. They vet the trainees, as well as the mentors, making sure that people who join have a genuine motivation to be a part of it. As of the mentors and traineeships, I can only say great things. I had one traineeship so far and it was an incredibly enriching experience. What everyone says in the reviews is true: you get out of the traineeship what you put into it. If you are motivated and willing to put in time and effort, you will have an extremely rewarding experience. If you wonder whether you should or shouldn't join Acadium, I can warmly recommend that you do. For me, it was a true revelation in 2023 and the best decision I made was to join. I keep being grateful for their hard work and dedication to build this community and help the best way that they can. So, thank you, Acadium!
