Bought my son a scooter in June by September after light use it has snapped in half. The customer service is shocking and I am going to take this to ombusman as I was offered a refurbished replacement and the warranty policy states that seller will cover shipping to send old one back however 2 weeks I have been emailing for a label with nothing. This company is run by crooks do not buy from them
