BetterImpact is a comprehensive and productive piece of software that we use for scheduling shifts for staff and volunteers as well as for scheduling training and special events. It is easy to use, customizable, and provides training videos and written guides to help manage our workflows. I continuously find new ways to make tasks more efficient and look forward to becoming a master at all things BI!
