Incredible customer service…
I ordered a hairmax product for myself and a gift for a friend for Christmas. I had paid for express shipping to make sure it was here in time for the holiday. Unfortunately I didn't receive it. I reached out to customer service & Andrea I. was amazing. She not only refunded my shipping cost but resent the products immediately so that I could still give my friend her gift. Andrea made my experience so much better. I will continue to shop at Hairmax because of the incredible customer service they offer. Thank you Andrea!
