Donatello is worst support that will nver help you and just write msgs that bots will write. Very rude and unprofessional ignores msg. All the supports are hard working and helpful except donatello. I wonder why gg doesnt fire him. Ive been using the site for over 2years and only bad part about ggboost is donatello
Always i have problem with Donatello. Other reviews mention him as well. He always try to fight customers and dont want to work. At least if he is working in service industry he shouldnt be this much rude. I am thinking of stop using this platform which is sad.
This platform is overall really good deserves 5stars. However, there is a really rude support agent named "Odin" he made this platform 2stars. He is so rude to customers. You can find other customers reviewing this Odin dude. Even you talk polite to him he will never help you and talk in very unprofessional way. I hope the business owner see this review. Usually don't write reviews but this dude is so disgusting as a customer who used gg long time.
