I like that a Form 1096 reconciliation…
I like that a Form 1096 reconciliation is not required - and that once payees are entered I'm not gonna have to re-enter them from year-to-year. Navigating around the website could be improved - for example, I entered a new payee with some mistakes, and it took me awhile to figure out how to fix an e-mail address and/or phone number - you could have some buttons or on-screen instructions about how to fix mistakes on the payee information. I'm saying this form memory, so it might not be exactly right.
