Stolen scooter no customer support
My kqi air got stolen because the delivery company did not ask for a signature upon delivery. I got the document needed to start an investigaton yet the customer support never bothers to reply to my emails. I just lost a 1000 euro because of this. Unprofessional and not to be trusted
