I’m I’ve been with Citibank for almost 20 years, never had issues. UOB Malaysia is a disaster. Nobody knows what or how to get things done. My son had to leave for overseas without his card despite a months wait. Privilege Banking should be renamed Indifferent Banking. RM is also non existent. The head of credit card services Malaysia should go. His people are so poorly trained they turn away business. Dealing with UOB Malaysia is too tedious. This bank doesn’t deserve one star but no star is not an option.
