Ordered both a see your own bag as well as an already made Birkin inspired 35. Very impressed with the quality of the Birkin inspired bag. Leather work is beautiful. I am excited about the sew it yourself. All the pieces are great quality as well. My mother in law loved the 35 so much that she took that one from me so I could get the Birkin inspired 40 as I needed something a little bigger for work. Customer service has great communication - even with the time change, they respond within 24 hours. Plan to continue business.
