Very good customer service
I ordered close to Christmas and was stressed the bracelet wouldn’t get here in time, I whatsapped them and they replied right away, I had ordered a birth charm and thought it would hold the order up but they sent me the bracelet with the other charms and posted the other one out separately when it was done and both of them arrived before Christmas, we will definitely order from these again.
