I ordered a Family Tree chart which came in the mail after approximately a month from purchase. The package came in a tube form from China. It looked very suspicious to me because one side of the tube was broken and torn. Not wanting to open the tube any further, I slowly peeked at the corner of the paper inside, I noticed it was not a chart but only a white blank glossy piece of paper I could "paint" on. I immediately threw it in the trash!! (The packaging from China was received in poor condition and needs to be improved especially if its going to various countries before reaching its destination after a length of time which, in my case, is Hawaii. Therefore I did not have the pleasure of enjoying what I ordered. If it is at all possible, I would appreciate having a replacement Family Tree Chart. Thank you for your quick response.
