I tested it to see whether it could recover documents, photos, and other files, but the recovered images were only displayed in gray and I was unable to restore usable files. This may have been due to the condition of the files or my specific situation. However, I would also like to mention that the customer support team was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. There was a delay with the refund because of an open PayPal dispute/chargeback case, but the team explained everything clearly and stayed in contact with me. In the end, the refund was processed successfully, and I appreciate the polite and professional way the situation was handled. Even though the software did not work for me personally, I had a positive experience with their customer service.
