Non existing warranty support
Do not buy from Banggood if you look for proffesionel support. I have now waited several weeks to get a new Wawlink AC600 . I have provided extensive descriptions of the malfunktion, video and pictures. After every request from Banggood support I have responded, then just another irrelevent request comes. The product stopped sending wifi signal and as I already baught the same product earlier I could pinpoint the fault to the main unit by swopping parts with the working unit. The first one I baught works very good, thats why I purchased another one to expand my outdoor wifi coverage further. I can recommend Wawlink AC600 but buy it from another supplier if you want some warranty for it. I have baught many products from Banggood before without any problems.
