DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR ITEM/GROCERY ONLINE! this is my first & the last im using this NTUC App to purchase my skincare product as i thought its base in singapore it would be convenient for me BUT HELL NO! they cancelled my order without telling me but i keep receiving my order is on the way! Worst customer service spam them and wait for them to pick the damn phone is like a pig.
