Kelouda – A Complete Scam
I ordered a jumpsuit from Kelouda, but the item I received was completely different from what I had ordered – both in style and quality. Communication with the company was extremely frustrating. At first, they offered me a 15% refund if I kept the incorrect item. I refused, as the product was poor quality and not what I had ordered. I offered to return it at their expense, but they declined. Eventually, they admitted they didn’t even have the material to make the jumpsuit I had originally ordered. The communication dragged on unnecessarily, with repeated requests for information I had already provided in my first email. It was clear they were stalling. Finally, they informed me that they don’t accept returns if more than 30 days have passed since the item was shipped. It took over a month for the item to arrive, and another month of back-and-forth emails. I am still talking to them and will probably not get any money back. Buying from Kelouda is like throwing your money away.
