No Exchange Policy for the Wrong Size
This company is not great. They don't offer free returns or exchanges for the wrong size. They just tell you to buy another shirt and give you a discount. Either way, the fabric on their shirts is not great so this went straight to Goodwill. Mine was order #10859 back in 2021 - the first thing I bought off Instagram. They responded, "According to our return and exchange policy, returning is at your own expense. And it may take a long time because only when we receive the shirts you send back will we deliver the new shirts to you. In order to avoid your return shipping costs, we provide you with a discount code, you can use this code to buy any short-sleeved shirt, We only charge $6 for each short-sleeved shirt. You can keep the previous shirt and give it to a suitable friend." I was not interested in spending more money based on the quality of the product and the time it took to receive it.
