Brought an online order in for exchange, expecting a quick “in & out&” transaction. Originally bought the product out of the Telephone Rd store and because of the excessive shipping charge ($25 on a $19 purchase of 30 pipe caps (.3lbs)!!), I decided did not want to incur another shipping charge so I opted to drive your West Road store because it was closer to where I live, Montgomery Texas. As stated, I expected a quick and easy exchange, but that turned into a 20-25minute ordeal, ultimately caused me to miss a Dr. appointment. I provided all the original documentation, sales invoice along with an RMA # I received from the telephone rd store. After my salesman disappeared to the back, not to return for what seemed to be 20 minutes!, I resolved myself and finally went to get the right-size replacement caps you had on the floor, paid for them so I could be on my way. I was told I would get a refund on the original order. We’ll see!? It was not a good experience.
