Warranty nonexistent
I got the Mad R off of their website. Less than a year later, I noticed that a screw fell out and 2 screws are loose and can't be tightened as the screw holes are stripped. I contacted customer support, hoping to get a replacement shell and it's been about 2 months now and their "technical team" still hasn't provided any solution.
