I got lied to
I got the loan and I've paid on it, and never been late or missed a payment. I get an email saying I could refinance up to 1500.00 so I needed to fix my jeep so I wanted 700.00 my second loan in my life im 60. I didn't realize it paid off the previous loan and started a new one. The difference was 125.00 in my account I talked to someone and he told me I could cancel it, and give the 125.00 back and it would be canceled. I get an email from them saying I had till the 1st of June to cancel and refinance. Now they said I have to wait until the future to see if i can refinance again THEY LIED and now my jeep is down and I can't refinance. I can't stand dealing with liars when I have done what I said I would do. I won't be going back thats bad business lying to your customers.
