A safe flight from KK to Penang
I had a smooth flight to Penang from Kota Kinabalu in November 2023, thanks to snagging the best deal through a discount app. The reservation process was quick, the claim took up to 2 hours (my ticket was issued in around 30 minutes), and the payment and ordering went without a hitch. I double-checked everything to ensure there were no errors, especially with name spelling. While many people have criticized this company for operating like a scam, I didn't experience any major issues. However, it's crucial to ensure that all passenger information, payment methods, and destinations are entered accurately. Attempting to modify details after the ticket has been issued can lead to significant trouble. Additionally, it's worth noting that tickets purchased from another agency may not reflect on the airline's website until seven days before the check-in time. After checking in, you'll have the option to purchase a preferred seat or allow the airline to auto-assign one for you. here are some additional considerations: 1. Since you're ordering from third-party or agent websites, modifications to your booking cannot be directly made on the airline's website. Instead, you'll need to request changes through your agent, which might add an extra layer of communication and process. 2. Be sure to carefully review the total cost before checkout, as there may be additional fees added during the booking process. These fees can sometimes catch you off guard, so double-checking ensures you're aware of the final amount you'll be paying. 3. If the airline cancels the flight, you'll need to reschedule manually by informing them directly. And hope the process run smoothly....
