.. I felt like a king for one week 🤩.. I am from europe and have high expectations nearly on all things I consume. I have been in the hotel for one week. Everything is high standard. Nice gym, swimmingpool, my room, the toillets at the hotel (which is not that usual in Malaysia ;)). The food in the breakfast time has a big variety and also high quality. The workers are very friendly and polite. I enjoined to have me around Madame Azura, which was always friendly and had a great mood. Exceeept the door in my room :), which sticks a little bit when closing it. I know you are renovating all your rooms but this "should be" a tiny adjustment issue. But this topic is not the "end of the world" at all. Just a tiny mention from my side.
