The worst app ever!! Work like shit!!
I am beyond frustrated with both Agoda for their complete lack of professionalism, refusal to take responsibility, and blatant disregard for their own policies. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. Agoda’s Failure to Assist: Agoda charged me for two bookings, despite my clear understanding that the first one was canceled. When I contacted them, they insisted that the hotel needed to approve the refund. However, despite Agoda confirming that they reached out to the hotel, they refused to cooperate. Agoda’s terms clearly state that cancellations and refunds depend on hotel approval—yet they refuse to take any responsibility or advocate for their customers. Really disappointing, I will never use them again.
