The most important thing is the crabs- and they were fabulous, shipped and packed well and very cold flying cross country. The quality was spectacular. The issue I had was in communication because I had never done this before and I needed to make sure that I had included all the right things about shipping. I called, emailed and texted- but did not get a return message. That caused me angst.
