Seller
Seller: dhgate8886 Order Number: 9854481421 Warning: Do not buy from this seller or this platform. Many of the buyer photos attached to positive reviews appear fake and misleading. I ordered a pair of shoes about three weeks ago, and after two weeks the item still had not been shipped. The seller ignored my concerns and failed to provide clear answers. Instead of sending the product I paid for, they later tried to push a different shoe that was lower quality and a completely different color. I repeatedly asked for a refund, but customer service was useless and no one took responsibility. Even after opening a dispute, the seller told me to cancel my claim first before they would refund my money. This is a common tactic that leaves buyers with no protection. My experience with this seller and this platform has been terrible. Poor customer support, misleading reviews, unprofessional sellers, and no accountability when problems arise. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this seller and think twice before purchasing from this website.
