Scammers!!
Scammers!!! Avoid them, use booking or agoda. Made a hotel reservation, without login, made payment via BCA virtual account. Payment showed pending half day, which never happens for virtual BCA. Also no email i had received. So i contacted them via email-attached payment photo, no reply in 24 h. I booked through agoda, all good. Next day tiket.com send me reply reservation is active, but still no reservation nr or any booking info. I explain to them, that i made another booking already. Kindly asked to refund or reschedule, as it was their technical fault. Denied. I talked to hotel directly, they agreed to change the date, if tiket.com does it. Tiket.com then lies in email, that hotel does not allow. Avoid these jokers at all costs!
