SCAMMER, CULPRIT AND FAKE COMPANY
We’ve been patiently waiting for the update of our refund for 2 months. We tried to contact all your social medias like facebook,instagram, whatsapp and email since February 12, 2024 but we’re not getting any update if you will refund or will not refund the bus ticket which we purchase through your website easybook.com. The bus company (Billion Star Express) did not arrived on the said schedule and we’ve sent all the proofs to your customer support but it seems like you don’t want to refund our money. I hope and prying that your company is enjoying all the money which you have taken from all your customers including your family especially your children. And God Bless, I do really believe in KARMA. 🙏🙏 It’s been 2 months and till now we haven’t received our refund($79) nor update from this company. Their customer support is a SCAM. Beware of this company especially BILLION STAR EXPRESS❌❌❌.
Scam booking app(EASYBOOK.COM)
Before booking your bus trip via easybook.com website or app, please make sure to read or research all the reviews to all social media platforms. Or better book directly to the bus company website to avoid being scammed by this company. They are a big CULPRITS, FAKE and SCAMMERS!!! We have contacted easybook support and still waiting for the refund. It take ages for you to investigate (if it is true) regardless of all the proofs which we have submitted related to our claim! Scam booking app(EASYBOOK.COM). Never trust and book your bus trip using this app. SCAMMERS!!!!
