edit: I generally like Love Sense but not anymore.
Edit: terrible communication, I get a reply on here to contact them again and after doing another online form I'm told that maybe I'll get the rest of my order at the end of may and that's it. That will be the last thing shiped to me cause I'm not coming back. Original: I generally like Love Sense, and I think they make pretty good products and keep a good attitude about it all. However, in my last order, there was a freebie that, after a month, still hasn't been shipped. Even though it's a freebie, it's part of the total compensation and the reason I spent more money with them in the first place. I'm pretty annoyed that they still haven't shipped it or they haven't shipped a replacement option at the same value. If you're going to offer a product that's a part of a major sale, you should make sure you have enough of the product to fulfill your expected order load.
