Ich hatte ein technisches Problem mit meiner Elektronikplatine – ein Bauteil hatte sich verabschiedet. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Support verlief absolut vorbildlich: Noch am selben Tag erhielt ich eine Antwort. Nach einem kurzen, freundlichen Austausch über das Problem und die Zusendung einiger Fotos wurde mir direkt eine Ersatzplatine zugesichert. Heute kam sie bei mir an. Der Support war durchweg schnell, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich – vielen Dank an Johnny! Auch zum Laser DIY KIT MK2 10W kann ich nur Positives sagen: Der Aufbau ist einfach und gut durchdacht. Die Arbeit mit dem Laser macht richtig Spaß, die Steuerung über WiFi ist sehr praktisch und die Ergebnisse sind beeindruckend. Ein tolles Produkt, das hält, was es verspricht. Working with the laser is a lot of fun, the WiFi control is super convenient, and the results are truly impressive. A great product that delivers on its promises. Highly recommended!
