Driver didn't meet in arrival hall. Baby car seat wasn't provided
The driver did not meet the customer with a signed table with name on it in the arrival hall, which was clearly confirmed in the reservation. The customer was forced to make multiple calls (using an expensive roaming rate) and the person via phone (probably a support consultant) gave directions on where to go. The person (not a driver) who was waiting at a curb, walked the customer to a different place (kind of terminal) and left there alone to stay and wait. After about 15 minutes of waiting and multiple calls, that person appeared again and walked the customer to a car where a third person - driver - was waiting. The car was not equipped with a baby car seat, which was clearly requested and highlighted in reservation form. Disappointed at all and will avoid any further cooperation with this provider.
