No support at all, hardware not reliable
2TB NVME for PS5 worked for a few month, since then it stops working after a few minutes and always crashes the PS5, so I removed it. I contacted the support and got complete silence. 160€ lost. Better spend a few bucks more and get something reliable. Never again for me.
