EM charged my card without warning me
They charged me a renewal fee with no warning first (they have my email and phone number and didn’t use either). What subscription service does that? Especially with a no refund policy! This subscription is not worth the risk, be warned! It looks like many others have had the same problem. EM, what you’re doing is unfair and shouldn’t be allowed! No super nice reply to this review will help anything when I’ve lost money. My impression of your company went from good to terrible. Your customer service is NOT exceptional and your policies are NOT clear enough. It would be in your best interest to fix these issues.
