Bluetooth is Useless-So is your return policy
The first battery I bought is excellent. You were getting great reviews by a lot of people. This Bluetooth mini 12v 100ah is useless to me. When I saw this first on YouTube it showed a very good app that showed the amount of charge in each cell. The one I just received, all the Bluetooth did was show the amount of charge in the battery; whether it is charging or discharging. I thought this would be like the app shown on the YouTube video but sadly it is not. So, as it does not Fit my application, and with a 30 day return policy, I requested a return that was denied. You were going to charge me almost the price of the battery to return it. So now I’m stuck with a battery I hate and can’t use. Now, I’ll buy a Victron Shunt to see what’s going on with my batteries. Thanks for nothing.
