metal 3d printing came out very poor
I recently used their metal 3D printing service and was disappointed with the outcome. The prints exhibited excessive overhanging and were generally unsatisfactory, deviating significantly from what I expected. When I sought accountability, I encountered resistance; it felt as though they had an excuse for everything, deflecting any responsibility for the issues. Although I found their other services to be acceptable, my experience with the metal 3D printing and customer service was frustrating. Communication with June, one of their representatives, was particularly challenging. Every concern I raised about the print quality was met with a dismissive and brief response, asserting that everything was fine. It felt like hitting a brick wall, leading me to reluctantly accept the subpar quality. Given this experience, I see no value in reaching out to them again. The interaction left me with the impression that any complaints would be dismissed or attributed to supposed issues with my STL files. Despite this, thank you for the effort.
