Even when there was a problem with my pets vaccinebooks , they guided me until I was 100% understood of what's the next step I should do and fixed the issue for my dog Milo before we move to the next step of the travel process . It was very stressful but in the end we both managed to get from Germany to Thailand smoothly with their help . Highly recommended guys ! !
