Easybook service is convenient
Easybook service is convenient, and that's about it. Getting to book bus tickets online does save lots of trouble. However, when problems arise, like when your tickets are canceled by the bus companies, or if they're hit by spotcheck and asked you to refund, good luck getting a refund because THEY WILL IGNORE YOU. SUCKS to be EASYBOOK. I know they're still gaining tonnes of profits, but just a warning. Its good if everything goes as plan, but anything out of situation, be prepared to take the losses yourself.
