Did an IQ test. Wasn’t really testing. Paid 99p. Then a few days later the company tries to take £34.99. My bank declined it as I have double security. So they tried again. My bank declined again. Messaged me to see if it was me. Obviously it wasn’t. My card is now blocked so I have the inconvenience of no card for a few days.
Ordered earrings. They arrived and are impossible for me to open. Immediately asked to return. They want me to pay for tracked which is as much as they cost Plus lie to customs that they are only worth $10 or Accept 15% refund Or buy something else and get a free pair They are not even genuine lab grown diamonds. I had a jewellers check them UPDATE THIS COMPANY TRIES TO BLACKMAIL THEN BRIBE. THEY ARE OFFERING A DISCOUNT OFF ANOTHER PRODUCT. I CERTAINLY WONT BE ORDERING ANYTHING ELSE THEY SAY THEY WONT REFUND ON RECEIPT OF RETURN UNTIL YOU DELETE THE BAD REVIEW OBVIOUSLY I CALLED THEM OUT ON THIS. THEY HAVE MESSAGED DAILY ASKING FOR THE BAD REVIEW TO BE DELETED. THID IS NOT HAPPENING AS I WANT PEOPLE FULLY AWARE OF THIS COMPANY BEFORE THEY ORDER IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY EITH THE PRODUCT. BE PREPARED FOR HASSLE THEY HAVE REFUNDED BUT NOT THE FULL AMOUNT THE REVIEW STAYS They do not offer hassle free returns
