I've engaged this company to fix a digital lock for my grandparents house. I spoke to Kevin the sales person on my constrains on being there for the installation as my grandparents can be a handful when it comes to stranger. Kevin helped to coordinate his colleague Ming Hui to go down for installation and make a video call to me with his mobile for me to assure the 2 elderly to allow Ming Hui to carry out his job. After the installation is done, Ming Hui took time from his break to explain to my grandparents how to use the lock. This is beyond going the extra mile! With these great service, this company is highly recommended!
