Once there was a warranty issue that was handled super nicely and quickly , considering the time zone difference and everything - super impressed. 👍🏼 I had a ring that I was interested in, but the size was sold out. I was in a waiting list, but didn’t get any notification about it so I decided to send an email to ask about it, once again super fast and polite answer .
