Refund of Ticket order RN-202312-1065133.
Hello to all, we are a brazilian Travel agency – Mundim Mandarim Travel Experiences – and we booked 20 tickets for a Travel group with 14 nights in Morocco , departing on 02/feb until 18/feb. Since the ticket order (RN-202312-1065133) of 20 tickets) has been canceled, we succesfully ordered another 20 tickets, but departing 11AM, using our credit card (RN-202312-1071576). We are kindly asking you, since december, if it’s possible to switch between both bills: the “boleto_Brazil” we have paid, and the credit card. So, you could cancel the creditcard billing and keep the billing with the “boleto_Brazil”, BUT keeping the ticket order RN-202312-1071576, since both values are the same. Unfortunately, we are tring and tring, looking for an answers of your, but until now, we dont have a solution for our refunding proposal. Best Regards.
