Super Resolution doesn't work, support does everything to stale on time and offers other software as a potential replacement
Wanted to give this one a try and compare with few other tools. Bought the licence, installed the software and it... didn't exactly work. The AI Super Resolution feature simply closed as soon it was supposed to do something, no errors etc. Contacted customer support and at first thought that maybe it's just a small issue on my end - gave them all the logs and info they wanted. Fast forward almost a week. They confirmed they software's main feature doesn't work for me and wanted to wait some more time (stalling?). I decided to ask for a refund, since the Super Resolution was really the only reason I got interested in VideoProc. Next thing I know is they propose me to install other software from the same company that runs VideoProc and bunch of others (or so I believe), stating "it uses the same AI". I was not interested in that. Then then asked that maybe they will refund me half the price. I was still not interested in that. So in short, not only the main feature of the software doesn't work in current version, but the customer service seems to be doing everything from providing a refund, probably stalling for the time so they can say the refund period is over or something like that. Fishy.
