Very disappointed after paying 1997USD
Very disappointed after paying 1997USD, with their sign up page promising a refund if not satisfied. I received no access, no receipt, and no response from emails to customer service or texts to others who had contacted me earlier for marketing purposes. I have now been requesting a refund for two weeks. One man, who called for an interview and then said this was actually not his department, was friendly and said he would pass on my request. But no result. So now I receive promo emails every day, info I cannot access because I was not sent the codes, and I am down nearly 3000.00AUD. Their training program looks very interesting, but this is too stressful for me. I paid in good faith, but now have nothing to show for that money. I just want the promised refund.
