Missing parts and Bambu has refused to send the Missing parts. Bambu labs is an unethical company that doesn't care about customers. My daughter and I would have been a loyal life long customers instead we will never purchase from this unethical and dishonest company again Below is their response We've carefully looked into your case and completely understand your frustration. However, upon review, we found that your package was delivered over 30 calendar days ago. As per our return policy, reports regarding missing items from the original package need to be submitted within 30 calendar days of receiving the product. This timeframe is in place because, beyond that period, we're no longer able to cross-check against our warehouse outbound records to properly verify and investigate the matter. Unfortunately, this means we're not in a position to process a resolution for this particular case, and we truly regret that we're unable to do more here.
