The MobileTrans app didn't work
The MobileTrans app didn't work, and the chatbot support is useless. I downloaded and paid for MobileTrans so I could copy Whatsapp messages from my Android phone to my new iphone. However, the 'Connect' app that MobileTrans uses to read from the Android phone wouldn't install. The only support option I could find was a useless chatbot which just repeatedly advised me to download the latest version. I'm now out of pocket, and having to resort to leaving a Trustpilot review in the hope that someone from the company will respond.
