Credit Card security process
I was concerned bc the booking confirmation process was not instant. BUT I now know and appreciate the extra layer of security in place for cc verification. I booked a fare for my daughter and the ticket wasn’t confirmed until I replied back with an explanation why the passengers name didn’t match and authorization for the purchase. After the email a confirmation arrived within a couple our hours. I am very happy with the overall experience!
